Shaving cream

Food coloring

Clear container 

Water

In the clear container add about 3/4 of water, then add some shaving cream to the top of it, leaving some space for the food coloring to travel through… 

I have to specify here that my son LOVED this activity so much that I had to wash the container and repeat it all about five times consecutively. I had quick out of the food coloring dancing through the water!
