Food coloring 

Water

Popsicle sticks 

Ice tray

Pour water and a couple drops of food coloring to the ice tray, add the popsicle sticks, and leave in the freezer until it solidifies. That will turn into a paint that can be used multiple times always bringing it back to the freezer once you are done.
