Materials – 

All purpose flour (1 cup)

Baking Powder (1 and 1/2 tsp)

Salt

Food coloring

Water

Container for each color

Construction paper

The preparation of the paint has three simple parts. First mix all of the flour, baking powder and 1/4 tsp of salt. 2- Separate this mix between different containers with a Tsp. For each Tsp of the mix add a Tsp of additional salt to it and add a few drops of food coloring to it. 3 – Add water slowly until you its become a smooth paste. 

Paint it away with either the spoon that you used to make it or Q-tips. 

Once the paint is ready, set it in the microwave for 30 seconds. The 3D paint will be a little hot coming out of the microwave but ready!
