Painting an octopus with a liquid dropper

Materials –

Hot glue gun

Dropper

Water

Food coloring

Cardboard box

Construction paper

Cotton balls

Markers

I first drew it out a shark, then I used the hot glue gun to fix the cotton to the construction paper in the in the shape I had drawn. The eye and gills were drawn with a marker. The liquid paint was done with water and food coloring.

This is a great fine motor skill to practice for toddlers and a learning experience to use the dropper.

Tip – use a cardboard under the activity to minimize the mess.
