Acrylic paint pen, markers or paint

Mark the shapes onto the cardboard with a pencil, cut them (use another cardboard below the one being cut to avoid damaging the table), then paint the pieces. This is a simple activity that is great for kids fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and bilateral movement.
