Mixing colors

How fun is to learn mixing primary colors by actually doing it yourself with paint? It is even more fun if there is no mess included…

Make a drawing to a cardboard and it out with a utility knife. Spread the two colors of paint to a zip loc bag, close it tight and stick it to the cardboard with tape then present the activity to the child. My daughter is 18 months in this activity but it can be done with kids up to preschool school age to learn about mixing colors.

PS: to remove the white tag from the zip loc utilize a sanitizing wipe or a cloth with rubbing alcohol.
