This was a real life experiential activity for my 3.5 year old son. Wrap a line around a glass cup that can be done with painter’s, masking tape, or wrapping a string around it. The liquid inside the pouring container can be regular water, I added blue food coloring because my son asked it to be blue. Explain to the child what is expected of him and let the magic happens… if the child is not fully capable of pouring the liquid to the mark maybe it requires a different pouring glass or this is an activity that requires to be done multiple times until he reaches mastery. What is this activity good for?
