How about a fun way to practice the use of the scissors???!!! Draw a witch or any character you want on a piece of cardboard, make a cut under its hat or on top of the head, feed a piece of paper through it and have the child have fun making different hair designs on it. You can change the paper and allow the fun to happen multiple times!
