Materials – 

Hot glue gun

Paper, a piece of card board, or paper plates

Sharpie

Corn

Top of a food pouch

Write down the number with a sharpie, trace it with the hot glue gun trace then attach the corns to it. I used separate plates for each number in this activity because when I first introduced my son to the written form of the numbers he kept adding the numbers instead of just learning the symbol that corresponded to each number. In the previous activity all of the numbers 1-5 were listed in one single cardboard.
