Cardboard
Knife
Pencil
Scissors
Marker
Colored tissue paper
Tape

Draw a Christmas tree onto the cardboard and cut it out. Have the child cut small pieces of tissue paper with scissors and make balls with them. Place tape on the back of the cut out tree in the cardboard. Lastly, have the child place the tissue paper on the tree.
